KtK says the two guns are quite different and Keefe would know that. That is between him and you. Keefe's testimony is pretty clear. Ktk claims to know Keefe was lying via KtK speculation.
Matthews says he placed Franks gun on the floor where Keefe said he picked it up.
KtK claims, via speculation, Keefe did indeed find a S&W. KtK then ignores Keefes demonstrated inability to tell the difference in court. I stick with what Keefe actually said. and did. Keefe was later the Coroner in Tombstone so he knew some medicine.
I don't think it mattered about tampering with evidence. they were just guns and picking them up and examining them wouldn't matter.
I think Keefe did not find a third gun which he described as a S&W as his witnessing made pretty clear.
Keedfe's testimony about what he saw as one of the first to get to Tom is pretty clear and meant to be by Keefe.
Keefe had no reason to case the joint that i can imagine.
First Keefe said it was the gun he picked up in the house, then he said it wasn't. It seemed clear he didn't know.
Keith said neither was the one he picked up in the house after saying one of them was the gun and having to admit it was a Colt.
Keefe identified one of the two guns in the Coroners office was the one he had looked at in the house. then he did the same thing in court. then he admitted the one he identified as the S&W was actually a Colt. He had inconsistency problems.
If he was correct he couldn't have identified a S&W in the Coroners office and then a S&W in court and then have to admit he was wrong as they were both Colts.
He was only correct about those existing in evidence as Colts after he first identified one as a S&W twice. He has no value as a witness about guns.
He claimed in court that a Colt was a S&W after doing the same thing in the Coroners office a few minutes earlier. He then was forced to admit he didn't know one from another.
He did not examine a S&W at the scene as he also identified a Colt as that S&w twice afterwards and was wrong and proven wrong in court.
Keefe says he saw a S&W at the scene and in court and in the Coroners office. He was wrong all three times as he proved himself. Add the Coroner to the proof and Keefe goes down the drain.
KtK says Fellehy saw a gun in Tom's hand after he was down at the end of the block. Keefe says no. Keefe was an inch away. Fellehy a block. Keefe's view is better.
I have no conclusion about what Fellehy said as it was unclear. If there had been any real lawyers there Fellehy would have been questioned better to remove the doubt about what he was saying.
We all lose as no lawyers were in the courtroom. A pity or incompetence that helps keep the story going for us all??? LOL
